Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture Dev Accuses CD Projekt RED of Making Sexist Games

BAFTA winning studio, The Chinese Room (Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, Dear Esther), has accused CD Projekt RED of making sexist games. It all started with a GameSpot tweet about the Polish studio’s upcoming shooter, Cyberpunk 2077, which came with the following image:

The Chinese Room responded to the tweet, calling The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt a sexist game and remarking that Cyberpunk 2077 looks set to go down the same route:

The tweet sparked quite a debate, with majority of users lamenting The Chinese Room for making a bold statement based solely on an image that GameSpot used, and misunderstanding the premise of The Witcher 3

CD Projekt RED did not respond.
