Upcoming DiRT Rally Patch Includes Leaderboard Fix

In its latest DiRT Rally Road Book, Codemasters has revealed that it’s working on a patch for all versions of the game. The developer will be releasing a comprehensive changlog in due course, but in the meantime, here’s what you can expect:

-Excessive knocking effect on steering wheels when playing rallycross

-AI for Classic and S1600 Rallycross adjusted to have more variety

-Leaderboards will no longer be blank and the difference column will function

-Rain causing bad reflections on some windscreens

With regards to the RaceNet issue that some players are facing, Codemasters wrote:

We’re aware that the RaceNet fix we pushed out last week helped some users with their connectivity, but not all! So we’re still looking into this as a priority, and hope to have some good news for you soon. It’s been really difficult to reply to all of the threads we’ve seen addressing these issues – but please be assured that we are listening and that we’re working hard behind the scenes.

We don’t have an exact release date for the patch yet but Codemasters expects to release it in the first half of June.
