Livelock Release Delayed on PS4, Xbox One & PC, No New Date Given

Back in June, Perfect World Entertainment and Tuque Games said Livelock, their co-op top-down shooter, would be available on August 2 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Earlier this week, they delayed it to August 23 for PS4. Now, they’ve delayed it indefinitely on all three platforms.

As the developers explained, they want a simultaneous worldwide release for Livelock on all platforms:

After serious debate, we decided that we would much rather have everyone be able to play Livelock on the platform that they prefer globally on the same release day. Since that was our original intention when we started developing Livelock, we’re pushing back the release date for Livelock on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Currently, there is no confirmed release date for Livelock.

Saying “Thank You” a second time may seem repetitive, but we’re pretty sure that we cannot say it enough. All of the support that everyone has given us since the beginning has been phenomenal. We promise to continue to keep you posted on any new announcements as they come out.

When Livelock gets a new release date, we’ll let you know.

Livelock will cost $19.99 and you can read our preview over here.
