Ported by Engine Software, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas release on September 7, FDG Entertainment announced today.

Based on the remastered PC version, which overhauled the graphics and redesigned the game for physical controls, Oceanhorn for PS4 and Xbox One runs on PC’s Ultra settings, and targets full HD and 60 frames-per-second. It also includes music from Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy) and Kenji Ito (Seiken Densetsu).

As you can see in the above trailer, Oceanhorn is influenced by the Final Fantasy and Zelda franchises, with FDG promising over 15 hours of gameplay:

SET SAIL AND EMBARK ON AN EPIC JOURNEY. Explore the islands of Uncharted Seas, a world filled with many dangers, puzzles and secrets. Fight monsters, learn to use magic and discover ancient treasures which will help you on your quest.
