South Park: The Fractured But Whole was announced back in E3 2015 and has caught the attention of both South Park fans and gamers alike. Now thanks to IGN, we can watch fifteen minutes of fresh gameplay.

In the video above, we get to see some of the main characters and opening scenes. The Fractured But Whole has a new spin on the story where the children are playing as heroes, and every so often, you’ll hear them talk about other superheroes like Captain America, Hulk, and Flash.

After the events of South Park: The Stick of Truth, the children of South Park become role-playing superheroes. However, a falling-out over Cartman’s planned film franchise splinters the boys into two groups, with some calling for a civil war to make their own franchise. The player again controls The New Kid, though can now change his gender to female if they wish.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole is set to release later this year on December 6 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
