With the Battlefield 1 Ultimate Edition now available to pre-order on the PlayStation Store, it’s been confirmed that the Giants Shadow map will release in December 2016. By pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition, the Standard Edition, or the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition, you’ll receive seven days early access to Giants Shadow, as well as the Hellfighter pack and a theme. Physical pre-orders of Battlefield 1 also get the early map access and Hellfighter pack.
The Ultimate Edition itself is $129.99 USD through the PlayStation Store and includes the Battlefield 1 Deluxe Edition and Premium Pass. The Deluxe Edition include the base game, Red Baron Pack and Lawrence of Arabia Pack (containing themed weapons, vehicles, and items), new visual appearance of the Behemoths, and five Battlepacks, as well as three days early access to the game, which will unlock at 9pm PT on October 17/12am ET on October 18.
The Premium Pass is $49.99 USD and includes access to four themed expansion packs. The first expansion pack, They Shall Not Pass, releases in March 2017.
Battlefield 1 launches on October 21 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Open Beta is now available to Battlefield Insiders, and will be available to everyone starting tomorrow, August 31.
