Released earlier this year for PlayStation 4 and PC, and earlier this month for Xbox One, Firewatch from Campo Santo is getting turned into a movie. According to The Hollywood Reporter, developer Campo Santo has teamed up with production company Good Universe to develop content for both video game and movies, and their first project is a Firewatch movie.

Campo Santo Founder Sean Vanaman said, “When we met Good Universe we were floored by how they recognize, cultivate and produce incredible stories. It’s rare you meet another group that shares so many of your values and makes the process of creating things even more exciting. We can’t wait to see what we make together.”

Further details for the movie weren’t given.

As for the game itself, Firewatch has sold nearly one million copies since launch across all platforms. After getting the recent audio tour, Firewatch is also set to receive a fix for the Turtle Trophy.
