Announced during PlayStation Experience 2016, Sony is bringing WipEout Omega Collection to the PlayStation 4 in 2017. We only got to see the game briefly during the company’s presentation but if you’re craving a deeper look, then watch the video above as folks over at PlayStation Access play the game on a PS4 Pro.
In case you missed it, WipEout Omega Collection brings WipEout HD, Fury, and 2048 remastered in dynamic 4K and HDR at 60 frames-per-second. We’ll get to play the following nine modes:
- Zone, Tournament, Speed Lap, Time Trial, and Single Race from HD
- Zone Battle, Eliminator, and Detonator from Fury
- Career Mode from 2048
The upcoming title will feature 26 tracks and 46 ship models. You’ll be able to play with your friends via split screen or local multiplayer, or online with up to eight other pilots.
WipEout Omega Collection also features an all-new soundtrack that includes some classic tracks as well. We’ll update our readers when an exact release date is announced.
