NieR: Automata Demo, Final Fantasy XV Holiday Pack Are Now Live on PS4

Tasking you with destroying a massive enemy weapon in an abandoned factory, the free NieR: Automata demo is now available on PlayStation 4 through the PlayStation Store (North America, Europe), weighing in at 4.4GB. You can see gameplay from the demo in the above video.

Featuring Easy to Very Hard difficulty settings, as well as English and Japanese voiceover and text, here’s the description for the demo:

Download the NieR: Automata Demo 120161128 to join androids 2B and 9S and their ferocious battle to reclaim a machine-driven dystopia overrun by powerful machine lifeforms. Experience a glimpse of the action-packed and high-speed battles rendered in fluid 60fps, against hordes of enemies within a beautifully desolate open-world. Square Enix also brought out a new NieR: Automata trailer today, showcasing the collaborations where 2B can unlock and equip Noctis’s Engine Blade from Final Fantasy XV and the Cypress Stick from the Dragon Quest series:

NieR: Automata releases on March 7, 2017 in North America and March 10, 2017 in Europe. The pre-order for the Day One Edition went up on the PlayStation Store today.
