Let it Die Downloaded More Than One Million Times, Log In Bonus Starts Tomorrow

Released on December 3 in North America and Europe, exclusively for PlayStation 4, free-to-play hack-and-slash survival action game Let it Die has crossed one million downloads, GungHo Online Entertainment America and Grasshopper Manufacture have revealed. It will launch in Japan on February 2.

To celebrate reaching the one million download milestone, the developers will be giving players one in-game Death Metal as daily log-in bonuses from January 6 to 8. “In order for players to receive their daily Death Metal, they must log-in daily to claim their bonuses from their in-game Reward Box,” GungHo explains.

A 23GB download, Let it Die takes place in a post-apocalyptic Japan and sees you trying to reach the top of the Tower of Barbs. If you want to spend money on Let it Die, the micro-transactions range from $6 to $61. The Starter Pack, for example, costs $14 and includes 30 Death Metals, 20,000 Kill Coins, Tryptamine D: 1 (Use in the tower to return to the waiting room), and Barbmeat Full Portion: 10 (Eat to recover full HP).
