On Twitter, Blizzard teased that an Overwatch Year of the Rooster event will kick off on January 24. The above video from the main Twitter account shows a Mei costume, while the below video from the Korean account shows a D. Va costume:

“Good luck and great fortune await!” the caption adds.

Blizzard hasn’t offered up any further details, so it remains to be seen how long the Year of the Rooster event will last (Chinese New Year is January 28). The previous event, Winter Wonderland, ran for nearly three weeks.

If there’s a game update accompanying the start of Year of the Rooster on January 24, we’ll let you know.

Late last year, Game Director Jeff Kaplan revealed that “we are *NOT* planning a Valentines or Easter event. So yes, you can expect cool events. But just to manage expectations Valentines and Easter are not those events.”
