If you’re one of the many PlayStation VR owners out there, then chances are you’ve tried the PS4’s YouTube app and wished that 360° videos were supported. Well, you now have your wish granted!

As part of the YouTube PS4 app update that’s already out, PSVR now supports 360° videos from YouTube! Yes, this means you can watch videos either in Cinema mode, or watch videos that take advantage of the PSVR’s capabilities.

The latest update – released today – adds support for YouTube’s rapidly expanding library of virtual reality videos, allowing PS4 and PS VR users to once again step beyond the screen and explore detailed 360° worlds as though they were standing right there.

If you want to test it out, then go check out the YouTube Virtual Reality page. The fine folks over at the PSVR Subreddit have also put in their suggestions (and yes, some of them might be NSWF).
