In beta since December, free-to-play MMO Trove is officially releasing on March 14 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Trion Worlds announced today.

To date, the console Open Beta has seen nearly four million players, making Trove “one of the biggest Free to Play console releases of all time.” During the console beta, more than one billion blocks have been placed, and more than five billion blocks have been destroyed.

By participating in the beta before launch on March 14, you’ll receive either the Chromatic Cumulus mount (PS4, above) or Trovian Tumbler mount (Xbox One). Your beta progress will transfer over to the full game at launch, and PlayStation Plus members earn 20% bonus XP during the beta. Additionally, anyone who buys any pack from the in-game store will unlock the legendary dragon, Disaeon the Immortal.

Here’s some of the changes you can expect when Trove launches on March 14:

  • A massive update to the Loot Collector!
  • Brand new Inventory menu to make it easier to store and manage your epic loot.
  • Improvements to the Club UI.

Across all platforms, Trove has nearly 10 million players. Both the PS4 and Xbox One versions have seen more than 1.5 million players each.
