Sony has announced that its upcoming Gran Turismo Sport will get the Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Gran Turismo by Pininfarina, a trailer for which you can check out above. Available exclusively in the game, the car was unveiled at the 87th Geneva Motor Show.
Here’s what Sony has to say about the vehicle:
A combination of the artistry of Pininfarina, one of Italy’s leading carrozzeria, and the engineering of racing constructors HWA, the car is based on the vision of former F1 and IndyCar champion Emerson Fittipaldi.
The ultra-light, all carbon-fiber supercar fuses the vision of F1 and Indy Car champion Fittipaldi, iconic Italian design company Pininfarina and race-bred German engineering firm HWA AG, and fulfills Fittipaldi’s dream to produce a car with fierce performance, for drivers of all skill levels.
Gran Turismo Sport is set for a 2017 release on the PlayStation 4. Sony recently announced that the game will be playable at PAX East.
