Japanese Sales Chart: Ghost Recon Wildlands Debuts in 1st, Outsells Kingdom Hearts

Selling nearly 90,000 copies, Ghost Recon Wildlands was the #1 game in Japan last week, defeating fellow newcomer Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix, which moved 62,800 copies. For comparison, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 sold 137,800 copies in its first week when it released earlier this year.

The Nintendo Switch enjoyed another week at the top of the hardware chart, selling another 62,000 units and bringing its two-week total to 391,000. The Switch version of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, meanwhile, brought its two-week total up to 230,900 after moving 44,500 copies last week.
