The August 1 release date for the PS4 remake of classic Korean horror game White Day: A Labyrinth Named School was announced earlier this month. And today, UK publication Rice Digital has published gameplay of the upcoming title taken at London Comic Con last month.

The gameplay video shows the introduction and the first few areas of the game, showcasing the remake’s new and updated visuals including some of its cutscenes as well as some of its gameplay including several of its puzzles.

The game, which is being published by UK publisher PQube, is a complete remake of the cult classic, which is sometimes considered one of the scariest games ever made, and comes with a slew of new gameplay features and new storylines.

White Day was originally developed and released by Sonnori back in 2001 for the PC while the remake, which is releasing exclusively on the PS4, is being developed by Korean studio Roi Games. As previously mentioned, White Day: A Labyrinth Named School will be released on August 1.
