Destiny 2 Hotfix – MIDA Exotic Mission Fixed, Clan Rosters Live

On the heels of today’s server downtime, Destiny 2 hotfix 1.0.2.1 is live, and it fixes a couple of critical issues that have been plaguing Guardians in the first week of Destiny 2’s release. While clan progression systems went live last week, clan rosters haven’t been showing up in the game until today. It also fixed an issue with the MIDA Multi-Tool exotic quest, where players wouldn’t receive the MIDA Mini-Tool submachine gun required to progress. Players who didn’t receive their Mini-Tool can get a replacement from Devrim Kay in the EDZ.

The Destiny 2 update 1.0.2.1 patch notes can be found below.

1.0.2.1 The one about Clan rosters.

Items
  • Fixed an issue that caused players to not receive MIDA Mini-Tool when they have a full weapon inventory

The Hunter gauntlets that Bungie is removing due to an unintentional likeness with a hate symbol are now changed in the shared world to the Dead End Cure 2.1 model gauntlets. A hotfix next week will change the item icon and how the gauntlets look on character screens.

Often these hotfixes have other hidden changes as well. We’ll keep you updated if the Destiny community finds anything else for Destiny 2 hotfix 1.0.2.1.
