Warner Bros. Games have released a brand new Injustice 2 Hellboy gameplay trailer. The new video shows off the first look at how the upcoming Injustice 2 DLC character will play in NetherRealm’s fighting game. It shows Hellboy going face to face with a dangerous Red Lantern, and the two minute trailer has plenty of gameplay.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today released a new trailer unveiling the next three DLC characters for Injustice 2 – Black Manta, Raiden, and Hellboy – that will make up the Injustice 2 Fighter Pack #2. Fighter Pack #2 will be available for purchase beginning September 12, 2017, and the first character will be available for early access the same day. Players who have purchased the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition, the Injustice 2 Ultimate Pack, or the Injustice 2 Fighter Pack #2 will have early access to each of the three new fighters from the DC, Dark Horse and Mortal Kombat universes before they are available a la carte.

Injustice 2 may have the best single-player campaign of any fighting game. NetherRealm has hit a solid groove with their fighting games. A few new blocking mechanics help to add a touch more balance to the game’s environmental damage options, and the loot system is second to none. Microtransactions are always a tricky issue with any game, but by sticking to cosmetic items, purchases using additional cash aren’t necessary in order to get full enjoyment out of the game. Fighting game and DC fans alike should add this game to their collection as soon as possible.
