Axiom Verge Getting Physical Release, Including New Multiverse Edition

Today, Tom Happ and BadLand Games announced that Axiom Verge will be available in retail stores starting later this month on November 21, just in time for everyone to get their holiday shopping in. There will be five versions to choose from across three platforms – the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita – and two editions of the game for players to buy.

According to the announcement, both editions – the Standard and Multiverse – include the base game by itself, but the Multiverse Edition also includes a ton of bonus material, including:

  • 5-hours of behind-the-scenes documentary content on Blu-ray produced by 2 Player Productions
  • Axiom Verge art book
  • 2-sided poster
  • CD soundtrack (Nintendo Switch version only)

Fans can pre-order the action-platform game now from various retailers if they’ve yet to experience the game, or even if they have. The game has been out for some time, but is a wonderfully fun game for anyone who loves the classic “Metroidvania” genre of games.

In case you don’t know too much about Axiom Verge, check out some of what you can find in the game below:
