dissidia final fantasy nt launch trailer

The Latest Gameplay Video of Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT Showcases Noctis and His Moves

Square Enix has dropped a brand new trailer for the upcoming Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT, and in it we get to see the hero of Final Fantasy XV, Noctis, as well as a brand new stage designed around the “Promised Place” of Final Fantasy VIII.

While Noctis has been revealed since earlier this year, it’s the first time we get a good look at some actual gameplay from the hero. As you can tell from the two videos above, Noctis retains his warp-strike from Final Fantasy XV, and seems to be fairly efficient with his sword abilities. The other trailer (below) released showcases Squall on a brand new map based on Final Fantasy VIII. The stage seems to be inspired by the opening and ending of the game, which features a barren wasteland that slowly evolves into a flower-covered field.

When Dissidia Final Fantasy NT releases, there’ll be four separate versions that players can purchase. It’s a bit confusing, but thankfully we’ve got all the details:

Meanwhile, there are four separate SKUs of the game, with the most expensive being the $189.99 Ultimate Collector’s Edition. It features a 8.25″ tall figure of the Warrior of Light, a 15 track soundtrack, an 80-page artbook, the game’s season pass, and a unique box & SteelBook case. Other editions include the physical SteelBook Brawler Edition ($59.99), which is the standard physical pre-order version, the digital version (which comes with a mini-soundtrack and Nameless Warrior DLC), and the digital deluxe edition which has the season pass attached to it for $84.99.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT releases in January 30, 2018 for PlayStation 4.
