Destiny 2 Weekly Reset 12/5 – 12/11: Curse of Osiris Released and Season 2 Begins

The December 5 Destiny 2 weekly reset marks the launch of Curse of Osiris and the beginning of Season 2 in Destiny 2.. This week’s Flashpoint is in the EDZ, sending players back to Earth for yet another luminous engram. Don’t forget to purchase Cayde’s treasure maps leading to the chests in this area too. There has been some confusion surrounding this reset. Curse of Osiris changes the reset time to 9 AM Pacifici (from 1 AM Pacific), so there was a slight overlap today as a reset occurred, and then another reset happened when Curse of Osiris launched. This is the most recent information we have, but may not be completely accurate due to this week’s launch of the new content.

Now that Season 2 has begun, there are a lot of changes that have come to Destiny 2’s endgame economy and rewards. You can check out all of the changes, including a few more updates coming next week. These are the full patch notes for update 1.1.0.
