Rats Devour Everything in A Plague Tale: Innocence Gameplay Trailer

Video games developers tend to strive for unique offerings, and each new title we see places its own unique stamp on the industry. A Plague Tale: Innocence is no exception. Created by French development team Asobo Studio and published by Focus Home Interactive it is an adventure game set in a medieval, war-torn France where the populace is suffering from a disease spread by rats.

Basically, it is not a cheerful time. The overall atmosphere seems creepy and scary enough to lend some appropriate ambiance to what may be pretty interesting survival mechanics. The latest A Plague Tale: Innocence gameplay video focuses on this very aspect.

A Plague Tale: Innocence was showcased during the E3 2018. In the gamescom 2018 trailer, you play as Amicia. She has to team up with her brother, Hugo, to cross a battlefield filled with corpses and swarming with deadly rats. Light and fire play an important role in this segment, and as using both effectively are needed to stay alive.
