PlayStation VR Games Box Arts Revealed, Super Stardust Ultra VR & Hustle Kings VR Detailed

In addition to Tumble VR, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, PlayStation VR Worlds, and RIGS Mechanized Combat League, Sony has announced that their first-party PlayStation VR launch lineup for October 13 will also include Super Stardust Ultra VR and Hustle Kings VR.

Both Super Stardust Ultra VR and Hustle Kings VR will cost £15.99/€19.99 (should be $19.99 USD), and there will be a €9.99 upgrade option available for current owners of the standard version of each game. Here’s the descriptions for both titles, as revealed by EB Games Australia:

Super Stardust Ultra VR

Super Stardust explodes onto PlayStation VR with a whole new perspective and a totally new way to play.

Pilot your star fighter and defend your planet once more, but this time jump into the cockpit and battle the alien invaders face-to-face. Get right down to the surface of the planet and the very centre of the action and fight using intuitive controls only possible with PlayStation VR: simply look to aim… then fire to destroy.

Play the original Super Stardust Ultra game modes enhanced for PlayStation VR for a brand new immersive experience, and battle for global domination in the online leaderboards. Will you claim the title of Best Super Stardust Pilot in the World?

Intergalactic war just got a LOT more personal…

Hustle Kings VR

It’s game ball. Sink it and you’ve won. But the shot is tricky. You need a precise angle, exact power… it has to be perfect. And a perfect shot needs a perfect view – the kind you can only get table-side.

Step inside the pool hall with Hustle Kings VR and play US 8-Ball, Black Ball, Killer, Cut Throat, Snooker and many more cue sports as they were meant to be played. Measure the angles and line up your shots exactly as you would in real life.

Control the cue with your DUALSHOCK 4 or with the new dual PlayStation Move control system for an absolutely immersive experience.

Hustle the world online 1V1 leagues and tournaments or push your technical skills to the limit with a massive range of puzzles and crazy tables.

Additionally, seemingly final box arts for the Sony PlayStation VR launch titles have been released, revealing that Sony will make it very clear which games require the headset and camera:

Shuhei Yoshida also said that the PlayStation 3’s PlayStation Move Sharpshooter won’t work with the upcoming Farpoint.
