Lara Croft Gets Resourceful in This Shadow of the Tomb Raider Trailer

Lara Croft has always been a survivor, and a new Shadow of the Tomb Raider gameplay trailer shows how capable she is at improvising during combat and using things around her to create new items. She can can use perception plants that give her the ability to locate natural resources scattered throughout areas.

That’s not all. Depending on the environment, she can gain an advantage over her enemies, even when she is outnumbered. For instance, players will be able to craft poison grenades and poison arrows, then use them to take out unsuspecting enemies or to obscure their line of sight. Remember, in addition to all of those cool skills and abilities, our heroine is also capable of some pretty brutal takedowns.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be available on September 14, 2018 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. If you preorder the Digital Deluxe, Digital Croft or Croft Editions, you’ll get the game two days early.
