Ninja Gaiden Sigma Coming to Vita Early 2012 in Japan

It looks like the beloved action game Ninja Gaiden Sigma will be headed to the PlayStation Vita very soon. The game will be available in Japan as early as February of next year.

According to Famitsu (via Siliconera), the Japanese version of the game is nearing completion, though a firm date has yet to be provided. No word yet on when the game is set to arrive outside of Japan, though considering the success of the franchise in North America and Europe, it is fair to assume that localization for Ninja Gaiden Sigma is already underway.

The PlayStation Vita’s library is growing rapidly every day, and even though Ninja Gaiden Sigma is essentially a port of a port, it’s still a fantastic game that will really make use of the Vita’s dual analog sticks and super sharp screen.
