Tecmo Koei have announced that the second downloadable content pack, in addition to free DLC, will be released for Ninja Gaiden 3 today, in addition to detailing what content will be released. They’ve also revealed when the next DLC pack will be released for the game.
The content coming via a free update to Ninja Gaiden 3 PS3 owners and via free Ninja Pack Lite 1 for Xbox 360 version owners consists of the Eclipse Scythe (an additional weapon for Ryu to use in Story Mode) and a new stage for Clan Battle.
The content that will be made available individually for purchase, as well as bundled in Downloadable Content Pack 2, consists of: the Great Scythe (a multiplayer mode weapon), Ninja Trial Packs (Acolyte, Mentor, Leader, and Master difficulties), and customization items. Downloadable Content Pack 2 is priced at $9.99 or 800 MSP. No individual pricing details were revealed.
Tecmo Koei also announced that another downloadable content pack is coming on May 1st.
