Resident Evil 6 was the #1 selling PS3 Game in Japan for 2012, PS Vita at 1.13 Million Lifetime

The top 30 selling games for the entire year of 2012 (well, January 2nd – December 30th) in Japan have been revealed by Media Create (originally posted by 4Gamer, translated by Siliconera), and, surprisingly, Resident Evil 6 managed to be the #1 selling game on PlayStation 3.

Staying with Resident Evil, Operation Raccoon City was the 9th best selling PS3 game, with the 3DS version of Resident Evil: Revelations finishing in 30th among all the games. I guess this means we’ll see the re-release of Revelations on the chart again this time next year?
