When the PlayStation Store updates later today (fingers crossed for an early one so I can play Sleeping Dogs) in North America, you’ll notice a brand new Indie Games category, while Europe will be getting it later this week. The purpose of this new section is “to highlight some of the most unique gaming experiences on PlayStation platforms,” which there are definitely more than a few of.
A full rundown of every single title that will be featured at launch wasn’t given, but you can expect The Unfinished Swan, Journey, Guacamelee!, and Thomas Was Alone. Also, there will be a 50% discount on Retro City Rampage in North America and Europe to celebrate the launch of the category, with new deals expected each week.
