Developer Thekla Inc is wrapping up its work on the upcoming PlayStation 4 and PC title The Witness. Writing about Braid creator John Blow’s exploration-puzzle game on its blog, Orsi Spanyol of Thekla said:
Just wanted to do a quick post saying that we are all working hard on the game, figuring out some of the last unknowns and polishing things up. We are definitely in finish-the-game mode, that’s why the posts have gotten more rare.
The picture above shows the finalized hub area of the game, but that’s all Spanyol has shared. We still don’t know the release date. Initially intended for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, The Witness is a timed console exclusive, coming only to the PlayStation 4 alongside the PC. Blow has previously said that the game would be around 2.7gb in size.
