If the Call of Duty studio rotation remains the same as it has the past few years, then it should be Infinity Ward’s turn this year to release a Call of Duty game in the first week of November later this year.
With that said, the studio has gone on to Twitter to possibly hint at what’s to come.
Happy new year!! 2016 is going to be incredible. Let’s do this.

While Infinity Ward could be just speaking tweeting a standard message to ring in 2016, chances are, the “Let’s do this” bit pertains to how the studio’s game will be revealed and released this year.
For reference, the last Infinity Ward Call of Duty game was Call of Duty: Ghosts, followed by Sledgehammer Games’ Advanced Warfare, and last year’s Black Ops 3, which was developed by Treyarch.
You can check out our review of Ghosts right here.
Which direction do you want Infinity Ward to go when it comes to its Call of Duty titles? Would you want the studio to continue with what it started with Ghosts?
