Uber Entertainment, the studio best known for Planetary Annihilation and the acclaimed PSVR launch title Wayward Sky, has unveiled Dino Frontier for PlayStation VR.
Billed as a “light simulation” game in which you take on the role of the Big Mayor, Dino Frontier allows you to build and manage an entire settlement in a “world where the wild west and Jurassic collide.” You’ll be able to domesticate dinosaurs, too, with the official PS Blog post teasing:
Dinosaurs start as dangerous foe. Train your settlers well and those foes can become domesticated friends. Before long, your hunters will ride raptor steed. And your bandit-fighting sheriff will patrol with a trusty protoceratops sidekick. You must carefully balance resources while growing your town. All the while, wild dinosaurs roam the land acting as both dangerous foe and tantalizing asset.
Dino Frontier will stomp onto PlayStation VR in 2017.
