Jade and Goro Confirmed for Mortal Kombat

NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive are hoping to revive the Mortal Kombat franchise, which was once considered as a top contender for most popular fighter on the market. With the upcoming release of Mortal Kombat drawing ever closer, details about the upcoming game are slowly being released to the public. The most recent news is likely to make fans of the series happy.

According to the website RealmOfGaming, they are reporting that the latest issue of Game Informer shows that both characters Jade and Goro are going to be on the roster for Mortal Kombat. MortalKombatOnline goes on to state:

Goro [is] a boss character and his appearance is the standard Goro fare. Along with this, he is shown firing a projectile and his signature Goro’s Lair stage is shown along with him. The remake of this classic background is dark and grizzly, featuring bodies hanging from the ceiling.
