Last week, EA Sports announced that they would be holding a cover vote for the upcoming Madden NFL 12. It is definitely nice to see them putting it in the hands of the fans. But what is nicer is seeing some of the upsets/almost upsets that occurred in last weeks Round 1. Looks like week 2 will be just as interesting.
With the 1st round boasting 32 stars, it is a lot slimmer now that it is down to 16. One of the most noticeable surprises, is newcomer QB Sam Bradford’s victory over veteran WR Larry Fitzgerald. It is also nice to see a personal favorite of mine, Texans’ WR Andre Johnson, making it to the second round, hopefully he continues the dominance that he showed in votes from the first round.
