Possible Call of Duty: Black Ops PS3 Bundle May Get Sony’s Ball Rolling Again

The past month or so has been marred with bad news for Sony. It feels like it’s been a while since we’ve learned of an exciting reveal, and the last time there was cause for positive commotion was when a new Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception trailer was shown to announce a beta this June. However, could a black operation along with PSN coming back online shortly before E3 be enough to get the ball rolling again?

A source claimed to Kotaku that a Call of Duty: Black Ops PlayStation 3 bundle will be arriving later this month. This time frame lies consistent with the expected release date for the PS3 version of the game’s latest DLC, Escalation. With an estimated price of $299.99, this move could really help bring fresh blood to the competitive online environment of the PlayStation Network.

While this can be treated as a rumor for now, it won’t be long before it’s supposed to come to fruition. Sit tight and we’ll update you as soon as any further information is available.
