We know you are dying to get your hands on PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale sooner rather than later — we are too! And now you can… that is if you live in Hong Kong on Singapore.
PSNStores is reporting that a PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Beta just went live for PlayStation Plus subscribers in Hong Kong and Singapore, or for any users savvy enough to finagle the system and become a subscriber to plus for that region. The beta test features the six originally announced characters, playable in multiplayer matches.
Despite us in North America and Europe not having access to this beta at the moment, this news certainly makes our chances of getting a beta that much greater, especially since Sony recently promised an “action-packed” beta for PlayStation Plus subscribers in July. That, however, got pushed into August.
If PSASBR is indeed the “action-packed” beta, PlayStation Plus subscribers in other regions could have their chance to try it out next month.
