With the weekend now over, EU PSN users has been given their second deal in the ’12 Deals of Christmas’, this time revolving around one of last year’s best first person shooters.
Running until 11:59pm on December 4th, you can pick up Battlefield 3 for £29.99/€39.99 (previously £59.99/€69.99), with PlayStation Plus members getting an additional 10% taken off.
If you’re thinking that this isn’t much of a deal, you’d be right. Amazon.co.uk is currently offering the game for £20.00, £9.99 less than what you’d be paying on the PSN. To make the deal even worse, Amazon.co.uk has the Battlefield 3 Premium Edition (which includes all the expansions for free) at £39.97.
So, instead of spending some of your PSN wallet money on Battlefield 3, hold onto it until the next deal is revealed. Hopefully it will be something worthwhile.
Also, don’t forget that the 3 months of PlayStation Plus deal is still going on until December 7th.
