Metro: Last Light Limited Edition Announced, Pre-Order it on the PSN for a Free Copy of Homefront

Metro: Last Light, the sequel to 2010’s Metro 2033 (which never appeared on PS3), will be out in March 2013 and THQ has revealed that a free upgrade to the Limited Edition version of the game will be available at launch.

Found within the Limited Edition will be ‘Ranger Mode’, a popular game type from Metro 2033, that strips away the HUD, gives you less bullets, and the weapons are more powerful. On top of that, there will be the Ranger load-out, which includes bonus military grade bullets to spend on weapon upgrades an equipment, as well as the AKS-74U modified Russian rifle.

If you’re interested in pre-ordering the Limited Edition version of the game from the PlayStation Network, you can do so starting on December 18th, and when Metro: Last Light releases in March, you’ll be given a free downloadable copy of Homefront. Also, as soon as your pre-order goes through, you’ll receive an exclusive Metro: Last Light PSN theme.
