Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game DLC Delayed Again, No new Date Given

We let you know in our upcoming PS3 and PS Vita release post last week that the Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game DLC, which adds online multiplayer and Wallace Wells as a playable character, could possibly be showing up this week.

Well, with one day to go, Ubisoft sent out this statement to Destructoid, saying it has been delayed:

The downloadable content for Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game has been delayed for fine-tuning and to incorporate feedback from the passionate Scott Pilgrim community. Ubisoft is addressing feedback from the community on the best ways to honor retro games in the Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game DLC in an accurate and respectful manner. Ubisoft, and the new team developing the DLC, respect creative properties and, of course, want to be sure to deliver a game experience that is a proper tribute to the Scott Pilgrim franchise.

There wasn’t any new release date announced for the content, so the best thing to do is re-watch the movie or replay the game while you wait for this $2 content.

How tired are you of waiting for this DLC? Which do you like better, the movie or the game? Let us know in the comments below.
