  • At CES, Nyko revealed some new PS4 accessories, including a $25 Intercooler you can place on the back of your PlayStation 4 and a $20 PowerPak replacement battery for the DualShock 4. This new battery doubles the standard battery with a 1,000mAh cell. Release dates will be revealed in the future, with a render of the products above. [Source 1, 2]

  • We’ve covered PlayStation Now quite a bit already, and we can tell you a new report from Forbes states how Sony said that anyone who owns a disc or digital-based game will not be given free access to the game on PlayStation Now. [Source]
  • It may have already come to some stores and sold out already, but Sony confirmed more PS4s will be arriving in the UK this week. [Source]
  • Turtle Beach has announced that they’ve partnered with Sony to create officially licensed PS4 headsets. Expect some of those headsets throughout 2014. [Source]
  • Dave Cox of Konami has teased “lots of cool reveals coming over the next few weeks” for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2. [Twitter]
  • The next DLC for Defiance is called The 7th Legion and will be released in February 2014. Here’s the brief teaser: “When the world fell apart, one group kept their courage. Guided by the teachings of the Code of Bushido, the soldiers of the 7th Legion marched across Canada gathering survivors as they went. From one outpost to another they marched until finally they found a city which did not fall: Manhattan.   • Apparently the Call of Duty: Ghosts mobile website updated to reveal that the Onslaught DLC would be released on January 28th for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One. If true, this means a PS4, PS3, and PC release date will likely be February 27th. Stay tuned. [Source]
  • The re-release of LittleBigPlanet’s New Year Firework Costume has seen a bit of a delay, with Europe getting it between January 15th – 21st, North America between January 21st – 27th, and Japan/Asia between January 29th – February 4th. [Source]
