PlayStation LifeStyle PlayList: January 25th & 26th, 2014 – Definitive Edition… Edition

With the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition officially releasing on Tuesday in North America and Friday in Europe, one member of the staff is already playing it for review.

I’ll be playing Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for my upcoming review on PSLS. I think that’s about it, although I may mess around with some PSN titles or on the Wii U.

Chandler Wood (@FinchStrife)

So that newer DmC game that tons of people have been hating on? It’s not actually that bad. In fact, I am quite enjoying it thus far, even as a huge fan of all of the original games. So that’s on my list. Being at 97 Platinums means I’m doing some intense planning on what will bring me to 100, so I’ll be combing my backlog for anything that I’m close to finishing, but had fallen victim to newer games, reviews, and life in general.

Dan Oravasaari (@FoolsJoker)

Over the last few weeks I have been catching up on how to use the 3d modeling program Zbrush, so more than likely I will be dropping a few more hours into that. Past that, since I have been ill for the last week, I plan on doing everything I can to be better by Monday, so we can bring back Bad Gamers.

Unlike Chandler I won’t be going for the Platinum trophy in Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, though I will be playing more of the game this weekend, and hopefully finishing up the few ‘chapters’ I have left. Then I’ll probably spend some time defeating the legendary ships, taking all the forts, and whatever other Trophies won’t require dozens more hours of my time.

Louis Edwards (@ftwrthtx)

I’ll be going wine tasting to Amador County tomorrow, but if I have any free time I’m hoping to check out Tomb Raider on the PS4. Will probably play some Madden on Sunday since the Pro-Bowl is a complete joke this year.

Russell Ritchey (@RussellCRitchey)

Final Fantasy XIV, though some more time with Xillia may happen. Brothers is a PS+ download so I’d like to try that out as well.

What are you playing this weekend? Let us know in the comments below.
