Fez on PS4 Gets an 8-Minute Offscreen Gameplay Video, Game is 1080p/60fps on PS4

We still have no idea when exactly Fez will be making its way to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, or PlayStation Vita, but it is in development right now at Blit Software (they worked on the Spelunky PS Vita port).

Giving us a very lengthy look at the game on PS4, IGN posted an 8-minute offscreen gameplay demo of Fez yesterday, which you can see below:

Talking a little bit about the video, Programmer Renaud Bédard said on Twitter:

“Hard to see in the video, but it’s 1080p at constant 60fps. Load times that aren’t faked (e.g. dot loadings) are basically inexistent.”

“And the video isn’t direct feed, so who knows at which framerate it was captured anyway…”

In the comments section of the video on YouTube, Bédard added, “To be clear: the Xbox 360 version was [720p/60fps]. The Vita version is native res and running as fast as it can push pixels. The PS3 version is [720p/60fps]. The PS4 version is [1080p/60fps].”
