PSLSSA: Full PlayStation Store Update “May be A Few Hours Late Today”

After a delay last week that saw the PlayStation Store update taking place days after it was scheduled to, the PlayStation Twitter account has announced today: “PlayStation Store may be a few hours late today in fully publishing. We’ll keep you posted!”

This news isn’t too surprising, as the New This Week section (US, Canada), which is usually stocked with the new releases a couple hours before the PlayStation Store update post is given at 2PM PT/5PM ET, has only seen a few additions, and the sales section isn’t updated either.

However, you can buy the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for PlayStation Vita (you may want to wait in the unlikely event Square Enix offers a PS3/PS Vita bundle for the Remaster), Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes on PS3 or PS4, and a few other odds and ends like the $99.99 Grand Theft Auto V Cash Card.

If the PlayStation Store update does manage to update within the next few hours, you will be fine if you’re trying to take advantage of the Spend $60, Get $10 Back promotion, as it runs through March 18th.

What will you be doing while you wait for the PlayStation Store to update? Let us know in the comments below.
