Dragon Age: Inquisition Releases for the PS4 & PS3 on October 7th

After giving us the box art yesterday, EA and BioWare have announced that Dragon Age: Inquisition will launch on October 7th for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC in North America, with Europe getting it on October 10th.

To go along with the release date reveal, a new gameplay trailer for Dragon Age: Inquisition was brought out today, which also shows that pre-ordering the game will get you the Flames of the Inquisition Pack:

If you’re wondering who The Inquisitor is, they are “the lone survivor of a cataclysmic blast [and] the only one who can stop the demons terrorizing the land of Thedas.”

Aaryn Flynn, General Manager of BioWare Edmonton and Montreal, talked a little about the game:

Our goal with Dragon Age: Inquisition is to usher in the next generation of role playing games. Players will experience the rich storylines and characters that they’ve come to expect from BioWare, in an expansive world with large open environments just begging to be explored.

Do you plan on buying Dragon Age: Inquisition when it launches later this year? What did you think of the gameplay you saw mixed throughout the trailer? Let everyone know in the comments below.
