Rocksteady Aiming for Parity With Batman: Arkham Knight on PS4 & Xbox One

With seven months to go until Batman: Arkham Knight comes to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 2, developer Rocksteady isn’t able to confirm resolution or frames-per-second quite yet, though they did confirm that they’re aiming for parity across all three systems.

You can check out the full Rocksteady quote below, which came from a recent livestream after they were asked about the resolution and frame-rate on PS4:

We don’t know yet. We’re about six months away from going gold. So we don’t know what the resolution and the frame-rate’s going to be yet. That’s something that happens during the optimization phase of the game. We’re aiming for parity across all platforms. Whatever it is, it’s going to be awesome.

Elsewhere in the stream, it was confirmed that Batman is still going to be over-powered in Arkham Knight because “we want it to feel like you’re putting on the cowl and becoming Batman. So is Batman OP? Absolutely. And that’s the way he’s supposed to be.”
