Fans of the Mafia series will be delighted to note that the long rumored Mafia 3 is back in the news once again, thanks to Vito Scaletta voice actor, Rick Pasqualone.
Earlier this week, Pasqualone communicated with several fans on Twitter and upon being asked about another Mafia game, he said to one fan:
Might have some Mafia news very soon!
When another fan directly requested Mafia 3, he reiterated:
Might have some exciting news very soon
If Pasqualone’s tweets and previous role in the game are anything to go by, it seems that we might see a return of Vito Scaletta.
Back in 2012, rumors surfaced about a next-gen version of Mafia being in development. And early last year, we heard reports in light of a casting call that the upcoming title would be set in Louisiana. We’ll update our readers if we get a hold of further info.
