Back in March, we reported on just how much the Nyko PlayStation Data Bank will cost upon release ($39.99). Well, we have good news for those looking forward to the device as we now know when it’s going to be available.
Same as the price, the Nyko PS4 Data Bank release date has seemingly been outed by Amazon instead of official means and it’s set to come out very, very soon. How soon? Try June 9 — yep, next week — according to this link.
Not familiar what this contraption does? Long story short, the Nyko PS4 Data Bank replaces the HDD cover of your PS4; and once installed, it will make 3.5″ hard drives (which are cheaper than 2.5″ hard drives) compatible with your console.
Are you looking forward to picking this up when it comes available next week or would you rather expand your PS4’s disk space now just by installing a 2.5″ HD?
