Zeboyd Games has confirmed that its Sci-Fi RPG, Cosmic Star Heroine, will get physical editions for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The developer is teaming up with Limited Run Games, and will be offering both versions for $25 each. However, they will be limited in number. Over on Cosmic Star Heroine‘s Kickstarter page, Zeboyd wrote:
There are no plans to do physical editions for other versions of the game at this time. Only a limited number of each will be produced, although more will be produced than for Limited Run’s first release, Breach and Clear, which will be limited to only 1500 copies.
Everyone who donated $200 or more to the Kickstarter will automatically get one of the two physical editions of their choice. And everyone in the $3000 tier will automatically get both physical editions. It is currently not possible to upgrade your tier to get a physical copy, however, we do hope to give Kickstarter backers first shot at preordering a physical copy if they so desire.
Further details about the physical editions and pre-orders will be available in the near future.
Cosmic Star Heroine‘s PS4 and Vita versions will be playable at PlayStation Experience 2015.
