Ubisoft Massive’s post-pandemic shooter The Division has made Fox News — sort of.
In a special report entitled “skills every 18-year-old should have,” Red Eye host Andy Levy listed through a series of helpful tips and tricks for those in their twilight teenage years. It ended with a lighthearted tip of the hat to Ubisoft’s online title — “be able to gear up your character in The Division” — though Levy unexpectedly weighed in with his own thoughts on the shooter’s recent changes.
Calling out Massive’s decision to nerf the game’s crafting system in particular, the host followed up the nugget of advice by adding, “despite the way Massive nerfed the crafting system and allows packs of super geared rogues to gank you in the Dark Zone. Thanks a lot, jerks. I may have added that last one on my own.”
