With Fracture moving to the Core Playlist today in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Treyarch has announced that they’ll be running a Fracture Double XP weekend from today at 10am PT/1pm ET until Monday, August 1 at 10am PT/1pm ET on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Asked if the Double XP extended to Zombies, Treyarch said, “2XP for Fracture (only).”
Yesterday, the Black Market in Black Ops 3 received its biggest update yet with nine new Epic Taunts, new personalization items, and these new weapons:
Guns
- Peacekeeper MK2 assault rifle
- R70 Ajax 3D ammo-printing LMG
- DBSR-50 double barrel sniper rifle
Melee Weapons
- Nunchuks
- Enforcer Shock Baton
If you’re unfamiliar with the Black Market, it’s where you can spend the Cryptokeys earned in multiplayer matches. 10 Cryptokeys gets you a Common Supply Drop, while 30 Cryptokeys gets you a Rare Supply Drop that guarantees a Rare or better item. Each Supply Drop contains three items of four different rarities: Common, Rare, Legendary, or Epic.
As a reminder, Update 1.14 went live earlier this week on PS4 and made lots of changes.
