Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Free Trial Event Starts Thursday, December 15

From Thursday, December 15 at 10am PT/1pm ET until Tuesday, December 20 at 10am PT/1pm ET, Activision and Infinity Ward will be hosting a Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Free Trial Event on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Giving you limited access to all three modes – single-player, multiplayer, and Zombies – the Free Trial Event will be available through the PlayStation Store beginning on Thursday, either by searching for the Free Trial or under the Demos section of Infinite Warfare’s game page. PlayStation Plus is required for multiplayer and Zombies, and the client is a 60GB download.

Here’s the restrictions you’ll find in each mode:

[…] you can engage with the storyline in the campaign with “Rising Threat” and “Black Sky,” the first two levels of the game. Plus, you can jump into multiplayer with friends and foes (Level Cap of 15), and try to hold your own against the undead in a zombie infested 1980s amusement park (Level Cap of 3).

If you decide to buy Infinite Warfare, your progress from the Free Trial Event will carry over to any version of the game. Additionally, you won’t need to download Infinite Warfare again if you decide to purchase a digital version of the game.

In the FAQ, Activision says, “No, the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Free Trial does not include access to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.”
